On Oct. 17, 4th graders visited Severance Music Center to see the Cleveland Orchestra, Cleveland Ballet & Inlet Dance Theater in Music in Motion—a lively journey through classical, jazz, Latin & film music. A fun, rhythmic experience!

The Cuyahoga Heights football team will play in the first round of the Ohio High School Athletic Association Playoffs this Friday at Smithville. Ticketing information will be shared when it is available.

Celebrating the District's Senior Citizens. Members of the Class of 2026 enjoyed interacting with about 65 senior citizens who reside in the district at the annual "Seniors Serving Seniors" dinner on October 22. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, good company, and lively music courtesy of the Mighty Red Wolves Marching Band.
Budding Business Leaders Cultivate Entrepreneurial Mindset
Nineteen CHHS students learned skills needed to succeed in the world of business at the Thinkfest Ideation Workshop at John Carroll University in October. They worked with Dr. Jeffrey Stamp, the creator of “Baked! Lays Potato Chips”, “Frito Lay”, and other popular American snacks. The students gained hands-on experience, fresh ideas, and a deeper understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship.

An admissions counselor from the Cleveland Institute of Art visited Cuyahoga Heights art classes to share programs and opportunities. In November, Art 2 students will visit CIA for a campus tour and University Circle experience.
