REMINDER! Varsity Football vs. North Central tomorrow, Friday, September 4th will be an early start at 6:00pm.
Congratulations to 7th grader Anella Doan who represented Heights at the All-Ripken Softball Tournament in Sandusky.
She drove in the
championship-winning run AND took home 12U Division MVP. Talk about reaching new heights!
We are so proud of you, Anella!
Due to the hot weather expected tomorrow, our cafeterias will only be serving cold lunches.
Join us on Thursday, September 3 at CHES for Parent Information Night!
There will be two sessions:
Session 1 - 6 - 6:40 p.m.
Session 2 - 6:50 - 7:30 p.m.
Interested in joining PTO? Head to the cafeteria at 7:30 p.m. for their welcome back meeting.
We look forward to seeing you!
Last week we welcomed our new middle and high school students with a luncheon alongside some of their student leader peers. We are so excited to have them join our Heights family and can't wait to see how they'll reach new heights!
This past week, 3rd Grade students in Mrs. Runger’s, Mrs. Smith’s and Ms. Zingale’s classes enjoyed a special read-aloud with Superintendent Mr. Young!
Superintendent Young read “All Are Welcome” by Alexandra Penfold, a story that celebrates belonging, inclusion, and the idea that everyone has a place in their school community.
Mr. Young also talked with students about why he loves working in education and shared some of his favorite things about being a superintendent.
Can you guess what he said his favorite part was?
The students of course!
What a great way to start the school year and remind our Red Wolves that all are welcome here!
Thank you, Mr. Young!

A big thank you to MilliporeSigma for supporting our students!
Employees at MilliporeSigma’s Cuyahoga Heights location recently held a school supply drive and generously donated the collected items to Cuyahoga Heights Elementary School. These supplies will help our students and teachers start the new school year ready to learn.
We appreciate having community partners like MilliporeSigma who support our schools and our Red Wolves.
Thank you for thinking of our students and helping them reach new heights!

4 p.m. - The festivities begin at 4 p.m. with food trucks, games, Cuyahoga Heights gear, the CHFD Ladder Truck, and The Sandlot playing in the auditorium. It's the perfect opportunity for students to reconnect with friends after summer break, meet new classmates, and build excitement for the year ahead. This year, the food trucks will be located behind the building. Activity tables will be located behind the building and in the Cafeteria.
5:30 p.m. - We will introduce all of our Fall sports teams and recognize our seniors in the stadium with our Parade of Athletes.
5:45 p.m. - The High School and Middle School Open House will begin immediately after the Parade of Athletes. Everyone will have the opportunity to pick up their schedule, see the classrooms, meet your child's teachers, and get lockers organized before the first day of school.
7:30 p.m. - Back to School Bash and Open House Ends
In a few short days these seats will be filled with students, but for now it's filled with our incredible teachers and staff!
