Employees at MilliporeSigma’s Cuyahoga Heights location recently held a school supply drive and generously donated the collected items to Cuyahoga Heights Elementary School. These supplies will help our students and teachers start the new school year ready to learn.
We appreciate having community partners like MilliporeSigma who support our schools and our Red Wolves.

We can't wait to see everyone at our Back to School Bash tonight!
4 p.m. - The festivities begin at 4 p.m. with food trucks, games, Cuyahoga Heights gear, the CHFD Ladder Truck, and The Sandlot playing in the auditorium. It's the perfect opportunity for students to reconnect with friends after summer break, meet new classmates, and build excitement for the year ahead. This year, the food trucks will be located behind the building. Activity tables will be located behind the building and in the Cafeteria.
5:30 p.m. - We will introduce all of our Fall sports teams and recognize our seniors in the stadium with our Parade of Athletes.
5:45 p.m. - The High School and Middle School Open House will begin immediately after the Parade of Athletes. Everyone will have the opportunity to pick up their schedule, see the classrooms, meet your child's teachers, and get lockers organized before the first day of school.
7:30 p.m. - Back to School Bash and Open House Ends
In a few short days these seats will be filled with students, but for now it's filled with our incredible teachers and staff!
Over the next few days they'll be busy getting their classrooms ready for the much anticipated arrival of our students.

Elementary families, mark your calendars, too! Meet the Teachers will be held on Wednesday, August 19, from 1:30–5:30 p.m.
Reconnect with friends, meet new families, and help us kick off the 2026-2027 school year together. Whether you're a returning Red Wolf or joining us for the first time, we can't wait to see you!

Back-to-school shopping is almost here!
Ohio's Sales Tax Holiday will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Friday, August 7, and conclude at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 9.
During the tax holiday, shoppers are eligible for savings on the following items: clothing priced at $75 or less per item; school supplies priced at $20 or less per item; and school instructional materials priced at $20 or less per item.

Congratulations to Coach Jeffrey Armstrong, selected to coach Ohio’s Central Zone All-Star Team at the 2026 Zone Championship Meet in Evansville, IN (July 30–Aug 2), where Ohio’s top swimmers 14 & under face off against Indiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Michigan, and Kansas!
Coach Armstrong also sits on ASCA’s National Committee for Coaches Education and is helping run the Blue Wave Summer Swim League this summer.
