The Cuyahoga Heights Schools Transportation Department is in charge of getting your children to and from school as well as school events and activities. We are committed to their safety on a daily basis.

Nonpublic School Transportation Requests
Complete the form below if you are a resident of the Cuyahoga Heights Local School District (Cuyahoga Heights, Brooklyn Heights or Valley View) and your child(ren) will be NOT be attending school at Cuyahoga Heights Schools but WILL be attending at a nonpublic or community school and you would like to request transportation from Cuyahoga Heights Schools.
PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM if you have already requested transportation for this student for LAST school year. A new contract for this school year will be sent to the email address that you have provided and at that time you will be able to update any information.
