Congratulations to the 2025 Homecoming King and Queen Maurice McClardy and Mari Hopkins. They were announced at this afternoon's pep rally at Cuyahoga Heights High School.

All in all, it was an exciting few days as students throughout the district were in high spirits during Homecoming Week September 8-12.

On Monday, classmates enjoyed “Color Rush” where each grade level wore a tropical color centering around the homecoming theme, “Lost in Paradise”. Freshmen wore green; sophomores, orange; juniors, pink; and seniors, blue.Tuesday celebrated the fashion trends of comedy legend and Gen Z favorite Adam Sandler and his iconic wardrobe consisting of oversize clothing and clashing horizontal and vertical stripes. Wednesday was “Stay Afloat Day” where students donned pool floats. Thursday encouraged everyone to dress as either a surfer or a biker.“Luau Day” on Friday invited  students to wear Hawaiian-themed apparel.

At Friday’s pep rally, high school students enjoyed skits, cheers, friendly competitions between classes, and the sounds of the  Mighty Red Wolves Marching Band. The Homecoming Court was introduced until finally McClardy and Hopkins discovered red baloons rising from a box before them signifying their selection as King and Queen.

This evening, the Red Wolves will play the Wickliffe Upper School Blue Devils in Ralph P, Adams Stadium. The week’s festivities will culminate on Saturday, September 13 with the annual Homecoming Dance in the high school gymnasium.2025 Homecoming Court
