Board of Education

The Cuyahoga Heights Schools Board of Education is composed of dedicated elected officials who invest significant time in shaping policies and planning for our public schools. We serve on the School Board out of a deep commitment to delivering quality education in our community.

We value your interest, feedback, and participation as we work together to achieve educational excellence. The Cuyahoga Heights Board of Education welcomes school staff and district residents to attend our meetings. During our regular monthly board meetings, we allocate time near the beginning for public questions and concerns.

Meetings

The Board of Education typically has two meetings per month. All meetings are held in the High School Professional Development Room (PDR) unless otherwise noted. The first regular meeting of the month is usually a work session and begins at 6:00 p.m. At the second regular meeting, the Board takes action on matters that come before it and these meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. (June and July meetings begin at 6:00 p.m.). Special meetings are called as needed.
