Prom Goers “Light up the Night” at House of Blues

May 4 was an evening to remember as about 110 Cuyahoga Heights High School students danced the night away at the House of Blues. “The night was absolutely perfect,” said Danni Conners, who along with Holly Thrasher, helped students coordinate the event. “From the venue to the food, this place was amazing!”

Students enjoyed a dinner of BBQ brisket, pork, chicken, cajun pasta, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and salad. They danced to the musical tunes supplied by Cleveland Music Group as the DJ.

To go along with the evening’s theme, guests were provided glow rings, glasses and glow sticks to help liven up the celebration. Students also enjoyed playing cornhole on the stage, climbing up to the mezzanine which overlooked the main floor to view the dancing, and snapping pictures in the photo booth.

“I thought it was a fun venue and event,” concluded Thrasher.
