CHHS Students Attending CVCC Advance in Regional Contest

Congratulations to the Cuyahoga Heights High School students who competed in regional skills competitions in their program areas through the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center.

Junior Sam Borsuk finished in 1st place in the Linux Operating Systems Fundamentals competition. Sam is in the Computer Networking Academy program and will compete at the state level on March 10 and 11 in Columbus, Ohio.

Junior Alize Reyes took 4th place in the Sports Medicine competition, while Senior Lexi Baciak finished 1st in Dental Terminology. Alize is a member of the Exercise Science/Sports Medicine program and Lexi is a member of the Dental Assisting program. As top finishers, both earned the opportunity to compete March 24 and 25 at the State Leadership Conference, also in Columbus.
