At its November 17 meeting, the Cuyahoga Heights Board of Education recognized Students of the Month.
Elementary School Principal Joy Houchen introduced second-grader Hayden Hooper-Green (pictured with Mrs. Houchen). Hooper-Green’s favorite classes are math and SOAR. He wants to be a scientist when he grows up because he is interested in the cool things in space.
“Hayden Hooper-Green works incredibly hard and always goes above and beyond with his desire to challenge himself. He is eager to try new things and passionate about succeeding, said Mrs. Houchen.
“He also consistently shows empathy for others and shows kindness to everyone around him. He is a positive role model for his peers and ensures everyone in our class is included.
Cuyahoga Heights Middle School/High School Principal Mike Janatovich also announced Students of the Month at these schools.
