Library Media Center

• The High School Library services students and faculty grades 6 through 12.
• The High School collection consists of approximately 11,200 items.  Items include audio books, books, CD ROM, newspapers, periodicals, professional collection and videos.    
• The library collection is continually updated to support the curriculum and to meet the needs of the students and faculty.
• A wide variety of periodicals are available for both students & staff. 
• An interlibrary loan service makes the elementary library available to the middle & high schools by sharing resources between the buildings.
• An extensive collection of electronic resources are available for search and research on the secure CHS intranet webpage.
• There are PC computer labs for student instruction on both the first and second floors of the library. 
• The second floor of the library has a 4500 square foot state of the art Technology Learning Center for students and staff.
• Professional Development Room, located upstairs, has 16 laptops, 4 desktops, a smartboard and distance learning and video conferencing capabilities.
• Located on the second floor is a Macintosh lab with 11 computers. These computers are primarily used for digital media creation and editing.
