Financial Information

The school district receives the majority of General Fund Operating funds from local taxes approved by the voters.

Expenditures include salaries, benefits, purchased services, supplies, equipment, dues, fees, and transfers to other funds when necessary.

The Board of Education approves the appropriations each June for the ensuring year, thus authorizing the treasurer to expend the funds. The fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30. Reports are made to the Board on a monthly basis, and more often when necessary.
